This policy explains what happens to your information when you join the lemma waitlist at lemmatutoring.com.
lemma is currently operated by Zack Higham, trading as lemma, as a sole trader based in the UK. You can reach us at hello@lemmatutoring.com with any questions about your data or this policy.
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide and, if you tick the box, a record that you'd like to lock in the launch price. We don't ask for or store any payment or card details at this stage.
We use your email to send you a single notification when lemma launches, and, if you opted in, follow-up information about starting your trial. We won't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
We keep waitlist email addresses until launch, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely, at any time, by emailing hello@lemmatutoring.com. You can also unsubscribe from any email we send using the link included in it.
As lemma moves from waitlist to a live product, this policy will be replaced with a fuller version covering account data, payments, and in-app activity. We'll notify existing waitlist members when that happens.
